BlushCrown is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. BlushCrown is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
